With a fruitful training seminar in Sofia last January, the project about public participation is really launched. Twenty NGOs, from Romania and Bulgaria, participated together with Milieukontakt. The activities and results were promising; information and earlier experiences about EU funding were presented, brainstorming sessions led to concrete work plans for Romania and Bulgaria.
